Responsible for co-ordinating and managing the Asset Management team and has in excess of 30 years commercial property experience working with a number of high profile institutional funds and property company clients throughout the UK.
Responsible for jointly co-ordinating and managing the asset management team. Experience in managing individual assets and portfolios across the UK including the provision of strategic advice in respect of asset disposals.
Partner in the Asset Management team, handling a portfolio of assets throughout the UK. Andrew has experience in asset management and investment agency, having previously worked for HSBC and Chesterton.
David deals with a UK wide portfolio of commercial properties and has experience in corporate asset management and agency having previously worked for Marconi Corporation Plc and Shortland Horne.
Asset Manager, responsible for a portfolio of multi-let industrial and office assets throughout the UK. Robbie has a range of asset management experience across a variety of sectors having previously worked for SEGRO Plc.
Provides asset management services on multi-let commercial properties through the UK, and has experience in asset management having previously worked for London and Cambridge Properties (LCP) and DTZ.
James manages a multi-let portfolio of mixed commercial properties throughout the UK and has experience of in-house corporate asset management and consultancy having worked at Carillion plc and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Leads the Landlord and Tenant team, handling rent review, lease renewal and lease restructuring services for internal and external asset management teams, private investors, property companies and fund managers.
Partner in the Landlord and Tenant team dealing with lease renewals and rent reviews for a range of clients, including property companies and fund managers. Mark has experience in all sectors having previously worked for DTZ.
Works in the Landlord and Tenant team undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures. Harvey has extensive Landlord and Tenant, Management and Valuation experience in all sectors.
Chris is part of the Landlord & Tenant team dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals and has experience in corporate estate management, having previously worked for West Bromwich Building Society.
